Go to ACCESS Florida
Visit www.myflorida.com/accessflorida
Click “Sign In” or “Create Account” if you don’t have one.
Log in to your account
Use your ACCESS username and password.
Forgot password? Click “Forgot Password” and follow the email steps.
Find your renewal notice
Look for “Renew My Benefits” or “Redetermination” in your dashboard.
It usually appears 45–60 days before your coverage ends.
Review & update information
Check your household, income, address, and phone number.
Upload any requested documents (ID, pay stubs, etc.).
Submit renewal
Click “Submit” – you’ll get a confirmation number.
Keep it! Coverage usually continues during processing.
